Will is the Managing Director of Lewis Tucker, where he joined Chris in 2014 having worked alongside him at Todd Corporation in a senior role within the Corporate Development team. Prior to joining Todd, Will was involved in the successful IPO of Summerset Group Holdings having started his career as a graduate at AMP Capital.
Will’s executive role at Lewis Tucker and previous investment banking experience includes transaction design and management (M&A, capital raising and debt restructuring) and asset management across a range of sectors, including infrastructure, telecommunications, mining, energy, healthcare, agriculture, forestry, food service and FMCG in New Zealand, Australia and North America.

Chris founded Lewis Tucker in 2013. Chris is an experienced director, in the unlisted and listed environment in both New Zealand and Australia.
Chris has been in the capital markets for over 30 years. Prior to founding Lewis Tucker Chris spent more than 20 years with The Todd Corporation (across two tenures) where he led the Corporate Development Team responsible for originating, acquiring, managing, and divesting long term assets in both New Zealand and Australia. This experience was complemented with 3 years at HRL Morrison & Co which included running advisory mandates and day-to-day oversight of key functions within Infratil.
Beyond providing oversight of Lewis Tucker, Chris is the Chairman of Veterinary Enterprises Group, and Drylandcarbon and Forest Partners Management.
Chris holds pastoral farming and horticultural interests in a personal capacity.

Colin is responsible for the day to day oversight and management of Lewis Tucker, Drylandcarbon and Forest Partners. Colin joined the team in 2019 having previously spent 7 years leading teams across the energy and logistics sectors in New Zealand and the UK. These roles included providing governance and financial leadership on sale and purchase transactions at The Todd Corporation and New Zealand Post. Prior to arriving in New Zealand in 2012, Colin spent 5 years in Audit and Assurance Services at Ernst & Young in Scotland.
Colin is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Scotland (ICAS) and has an Honours degree in Accountancy from the University of Glasgow.

Richard is an experienced Corporate Treasurer having worked across a variety of industries including oil, the primary sector, banking and finance, and the electricity sector. Most recently as Treasurer for Z Energy Limited, one of his responsibilities included managing domestic and international risks and opportunities associated with the New Zealand ETS.

James joined Lewis Tucker in 2019 from KPMG where he worked in the Deal Advisory and Tax teams. During his time at KPMG, James worked on numerous buy-side and sell-side assignments, undertook sector analysis, due diligence, and provided M&A advice across a range of industries.
James’s understanding and passion for agriculture coupled with a legal and tax background further strengthens Lewis Tucker’s client offering across a range of complex commercial issues.
James’s role in Lewis Tucker includes leading advisory and transactional mandates. James also assists Jordan in the investment management and opportunity evaluation for Forest Partners.
James is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.

Fin is passionate about farming and spent his early days living and working on farms. He has built a career around agricultural businesses, supported by experience gained in international commercial roles.
Fin has spent over a decade in senior leadership positions within large farming corporates. He has deep experience in farm management systems, strategy and lifting on-farm financial and environmental performance. He has led large teams, managed multiple large-scale farm development initiatives and is a leader in ensuring best-practice operational health and safety.
For the last five years, Fin has been Lewis Tucker’s Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the rapid development of over 30,000 hectare forestry portfolio across the Forest Partners and Drylandcarbon funds. Fin and his team are frequently on the road, visiting properties and remaining directly involved in the development of what has become one of the country’s largest forestry estates.

Emily joined Lewis Tucker in 2024 from Deloitte where she was previously based for three years, and worked in the Audit team. During her time at Deloitte she assisted with financial and controls-based assurance engagements across a range of industries. Emily grew up in the Otago region and previously was an inventory student with Wenita Forest Products Limited and Venture Forestry.
Emily is responsible for the day-to-day accounting of Lewis Tucker, Drylandcarbon and Forest Partners; and is a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Telesia joined the team in 2020, and is responsible for the day to day accounting functions for Lewis Tucker as well as the funds management businesses. Telesia brings over 25 years’ experience in accounts management for large organisations, including 19 years at Todd Corporation, and 7 years for Transpower.

Jordan joined Lewis Tucker in 2021 from Russell McVeagh where he worked in the Property and Construction team. During his time at Russell McVeagh he worked on numerous buy-side and sell-side transactions, leasing arrangements and, the provision of legal advice for some of the largest property companies operating in New Zealand.
Jordan is the Investment Manager for Forest Partners, and responsible for initial land and ETS mapping and financial modelling to support the evaluation of new acquisition and landowner joint venture opportunities.
Jordan grew up on a sheep and beef property in the Maniototo and brings a passion for agriculture and on-farm perspective, alongside his technical skills.

Liam joined the team in 2023 from PF Olsen. Liam’s current role and previous experience is in forest management, including environmental management and planning, forest establishment and operation, and health and safety.
Liam oversees the day to day operations of Dryland Carbon and Forest Partners, alongside Fin Phillipps.

Joe joined Lewis Tucker in 2019 as a part-time Finance Intern while completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Canterbury. Having since graduated with a Masters in Applied Finance and Economics, Joe returned to Lewis Tucker in a full-time Analyst position in early 2022.
Joe’s primary role is to provide research and analytical support to our wider team on various M&A transactions, capital raisings and corporate advisory mandates. Joe also provides support to Lewis Tucker’s funds management businesses, Forest Partners and Drylandcarbon.
